2023年3月15日零时起调整外国人来华签证及入境政策-每日关注

为更好统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展需要，便利中外人员往来，国家移民管理局决定自2023年3月15日零时起调整签证及入境政策。
一、对来华外国人持2020年3月28日前签发且仍在有效期内签证的，准予入境。
二、恢复海南入境免签、上海邮轮免签、港澳地区外国人组团入境广东免签、东盟旅游团入境广西桂林免签政策。
National Immigration Administration Further Adjusts Policies of Foreigners’Visas and Entry
In order to better coordinate COVID-19 prevention and control with economicand social development, and to facilitate personnel exchanges between China andother countries, National Immigration Administration decides to adjust policiesof foreigners’ visas and entry from 0:00 on March 15, 2023.
1.Foreigners with valid visas issued before March 28, 2020 will be allowedto enter China.
2.The following visa-free policies will be resumed: Hainan 59 countryvisa-free entry policy, 15-Day visa-free travel for cruise groups at Shanghaiports, visa-free entry to Guangdong Province for foreigners’ group from HongKong and Macao SARs, visa-free entry to Guilin of Guangxi Autonomous Region fortourist groups from ASEAN countries.
